Inspired Relationships: The Power of Community

This journey of life on Earth is interesting, isn't it? If there's anyone who understands the beauty, complexity, and power of healthy relationships, Elizabeth wins that prize.

At the age of 29 she discovered her biological family of 11 brothers and sisters! Over the past seven years Elizabeth has adjusted from her "only-child" status to successfully build lasting, dynamic relationships with a whole new family - her birthmother, birthfather, siblings and extended relatives. And the process wasn't easy.  She has learned how to handle multiple and complex relationships by establishing open and honest communication, setting clear expectations and establishing healthy and loving boundaries.

Inspired Relationships coaching specifically targets the principles of Inspired Living to complex family and work relationships. And there is a special module geared toward those touched by adoption.

"Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family: Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one." - Jane Howard

Relationships - like life - are a rich tapestry we weave every day, filled with joy and celebration, sadness and despair, excitement, chaos, and a large dose of complacency. And with the complexity of busy lives, it gets even harder. We've got information overload, bills to pay, children to raise, meetings to attend and keeping up with the Joneses (whew, that's hard work!). But it doesn't have to be that way.

E-and-E-Dubrov.jpgRelationships can be simple at the core. Admiring fine art, holding hands with a loved one, taking time to pray or meditate, sending a handwritten note and walking the dog are all ways that we can savor the simplicity of life and appreciate and connect with ourselves and our inner spirit. When you get down to it, what really matters in life is relationships.

Relationships are the basis of what this human experience is all about.
