The old way of doing business: You start your day in high gear. You grab a quick shower, throw your clothes on (lament the fact that you really need to do laundry and go shopping for a new suit but who has time?) and zoom to work stopping to get yourself a big cup of mojo that you know you’ll need to get through your insanely busy day with 5 meetings, 2 deadlines to meet and 100 e-mails to return. The primary thought running through your head as you drive to work is: "Is there a way for me to get out of this boring, routine, pressured life?”

You’ve got enough breathing room in your calendar that you can sit down and ask yourself “what am I inspired to work on today?” and trust that your intuition will guide you to the next right action.
