Welcome! Thanks for visiting my website! Coaching is a growing field and there are so many great people to learn from and be inspired by.

So how am I different from other coaches?

I am a multidimensional coach for multidimensional people.

Some coaches focus strictly on business strategies, some coaches focus on improving your personal life and others target a specific problem that needs to be solved (losing weight, sales techniques, managing your money, etc).

I, on the other hand, have decided to integrate it all into my coaching practice. I was a coach for 6 years before I had a revelation of sorts. I realized that I had separated my own life into boxes: one for my professional life, one for my personal life, and one for my passionate causes.

I am business woman who has coached more than a thousand people to map out successful businesses and lives.

I am one who values creating space so that inspiration can come. I am a spiritual being who creates important rituals to mark the transitions of our lives.

I am a reunited adoptee who is on the journey of continually growing all of the important relationships in my life.

Although the boxes of my life sometimes intersected, I treated them as individual pieces.

More than once I began the process of moving away from my coaching business to dedicate myself to one of these different areas…but I always backed off. Leaving one thing behind to start another wasn't the answer; the picture was somehow incomplete. I never imagined fitting them together as a whole.

Until now.

It's the "whole" that makes me interesting, creative and uniquely me. I realized, with the help of MY coaches, that I'm a multidimensional being, and that all these boxes fit together, not separate from each other.

I am committed to helping others integrate the pieces of their lives into an integrated whole. I believe that we can all live inspired lives. The kind of lives where you wake up each day and can't WAIT to see what exciting things are in store. The kind that is filled with wonder and awe and it feels so good to be alive! I wake up each day passionate and excited about my work and my life. I wish that you for you, too!
